The Keystone Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Pennsylvania meets in Philadelphia on the second Saturday of each month at 10:15 AM.
1500 Walnut Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room
Philadelphia, PA 19102
We are collecting donations for the blind, vision impaired, and deaf students at Saint Lucy’s and Archbishop Ryan’s school in Philadelphia. If you wish to make a donation, please visit our chapter’s Donations page.
- From the SEPTA Suburban Station, travel to the south-west corner of 15th and Walnut, then walk south about 80 feet until you reach the first doors on your right.
- From the north-west corner of 15th and Locust, walk north until you pass the raised platform in front of an establishment (there is a ramp from one side and a step on the other), then enter by the first set of doors on your left.
- Take any elevator to the 2nd floor. After exiting the elevator, walk forward and slightly to the left to enter the hallway if you took the first elevator, otherwise if you took a different elevator, walk toward 15th Street until you find a hallway on your left. Once in the hallway, follow the wall on your right about 12 feet until you reach the entrance to the conference room. Coffee and doughnuts are usually available for a small donation.
Panera Bread Fundraiser
Come and support a great cause! The Keystone Chapter of the NFB of PA will be holding a fundraiser night at the Panera Bread in Wynnewood, PA on Friday September 21, 2018. Please download the flyer that has all the details. When you purchase something at Panera on 9/21/18 from 4:00 to 8:00 and present this flyer, either electronically or a print copy, Panera will donate a portion of the sales to the Keystone Chapter. It is as simple as that! A new feature this year, Panera will count online orders for pick-up or delivery towards the fundraiser as well. If you do order online, please use the code PRFND, not the code that is actually on the flyer. Then all you have to do is present the flyer when you pick up your food or when it is delivered. How simple is that!
If you can not make it on Friday September 21, no worries! You can still help by spreading the word about this event to your friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, and church groups. You could post it on Facebook or tweet about it. Encourage everyone you know to come and support the Keystone Chapter!
The Panera Bread address is:
278 Lancaster Avenue
Wynnewood, PA 19096
